Our state of the art Trumpf TruLaser 2030 fiber 2D laser cutting can make thousands of cuts in various types of metal per hour, with every cut from the first to the last having the same level of precision. With this laser, cuts in sheet metal and plate can be made very close to one another, which translates into more parts per sheet or plate of material. We are able to accelerate production, cut costs, reduce scrap and master very tight tolerances. Because of the quality of our operations, Laser fabrication can maximize material and production costs compared to other types of metal processing out of sheet or plate. Our tolerance on the laser range from +/- .002 on thin sheet metal to +/- .005 on thicker metals.
